1. Data we receive
Data is received automatically when the Game and its server functions are used, or is provided voluntarily by the user, for example when contacting support.
Profile and device. A random internal LMS identifier, player name, device model and name, language, app version and game settings. The internal identifier is not an Apple or Google advertising identifier.
Game progress. Episodes and scenes, selected dialogue and decisions, achievements, quests, character attributes, inventory, resources, purchases, episode ratings and other data needed to continue and restore the Game.
Technical data and analytics. IP address and network logs, device and iOS or Android version, language and time zone, network type, screen views, launches and updates, errors, crashes and performance. Session recording and recording of interface content are disabled.
Purchases. Product identifier, status, date and technical transaction details. LMS does not receive bank card numbers, CVCs or bank account details—payment is processed by Apple or Google, depending on the store.
Support requests. Email address, the text of the request and files attached by the user.
In the verified version, LMS does not request access to precise location, contacts, photos, camera or microphone. If the set of functions changes, this Policy will be updated before any new collection begins.
2. How we use data
- to create a profile, save and synchronise progress, download content and provide offline mode;
- to process purchases and credit digital resources;
- to analyse use of the Game and improve the interface, balance and performance;
- to identify errors and abuse, maintain security, respond to requests and comply with legal requirements.
Depending on the country, processing is based on performance of the user agreement, the operator's legitimate interests, consent where required, and legal obligations.
3. When data is shared with others
LMS does not sell personal data or disclose it to third parties for their own advertising. To operate the Game, certain data may be received by the following categories of recipients:
- technical providers—for server hosting, progress storage, analytics and error diagnostics;
- app stores and payment services—for distribution of the Game, purchase processing and confirmation of game entitlements;
- communications and support services—for receiving and handling user requests.
Only data necessary for the relevant service is shared with these recipients. They process it under an agreement with the operator or under their own terms when they independently provide the store or payment service to the user.
Some providers may process data outside the user's country subject to applicable requirements. Data may also be disclosed in response to a lawful request by public authorities or transferred to a successor of the project while retaining applicable safeguards. Information about specific recipients may be requested at lmsgame.it@gmail.com.
The Game may open links to third-party websites and applications. After following a link, data processing is governed by the rules of the relevant third-party service.
4. Retention and security
Data is retained for as long as necessary to operate the Game, fulfil the stated purposes and meet mandatory legal requirements. The server profile and progress are retained until deletion is requested or the Services are discontinued; providers' retention periods are determined by their settings and policies.
The operator applies necessary organisational and technical measures to protect data against unlawful access, alteration, disclosure or destruction.
Important: deleting the application does not automatically delete the server profile. A request must be sent to the operator to delete data.
5. User rights and deletion
Depending on applicable law, the user may request access, a copy, correction, deletion, restriction of processing and portability; object to processing; withdraw consent; and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
Requests should be sent to lmsgame.it@gmail.com. The operator responds to a data access request within 10 business days; this period may be extended by no more than 5 business days with an explanation of the reasons. To locate the profile and prevent deletion by another person, the operator may request information that links the request to the internal LMS identifier or device.
If data is no longer needed to operate the Game and its retention is not required by law, it will be deleted no later than 30 calendar days after receipt of a verified request or withdrawal of consent. Certain purchase information may be retained longer where required by law.
6. Children
LMS is intended for users aged 16 and over. The operator does not knowingly collect personal data from persons under 16. If a parent or legal guardian believes that a minor has provided data without the necessary consent, they may contact lmsgame.it@gmail.com to request verification and deletion.
7. Changes to this Policy
This Policy may be updated when the Game, providers or legislation changes. A new version will be published at the URL above with an updated date; material changes will be communicated separately where required by law.
