Land of Magic Spices is a story-driven fantasy visual novel with tabletop RPG mechanics. Luck matters, relationships change, and there is no single right path.
01 / Story
Escape. Find freedom. Start again.
Help the hero escape his master and begin a new life on a mysterious continent. Dangerous quests, strange creatures and ancient magic lie ahead. First, you need to find people you can trust.
Your decisions change scenes, relationships and later events. Some consequences only become clear further down the road.
02 / Companions
An unlikely party. A shared adventure.
Compose ballads with an orc minstrel, cast spells with a mage’s magical beard, shoot an elven princess’s bow and carve a path through danger with a sharp pitchfork.
On a new continent, the heroes must learn to trust each other and take risks together.
03 / How to play
Your choice. A roll. A new turn.
Choose how to act
Respond in dialogues, choose ordinary actions or use ability cards. They give your hero new ways to handle a situation.
Control the roll
Set the strength and direction of your roll. The dice determine the outcome of a check, while abilities can give you an edge: Wild Strike adds +1 Attack and +2 Damage.
Face the consequences
Successes and failures shape the story. Discover hidden scenes, find alternative paths and see where your actions lead.
